Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1 cup of ice

  • For an extra protein boost, try adding a scoop of your favourite protein powder

  • If you're not a fan of almond milk, feel free to substitute with any other milk or milk alternative

  • This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to make a larger batch, perfect for sharing with friends and family!
