Combining mangoes(yum!), with almighty bananas and citrusy oranges creates a delicious smoothie that can be taken for breakfast and also frozen into a refreshing Popsicle to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Nutritionally, this recipe packs a punch, but let's talk about the ingredients one by one.

Bananas are an excellent source of potassium, which can help regulate blood pressure and support heart health. Oranges are packed with vitamin C, which can boost immunity and reduce inflammation, and mangoes are rich in antioxidants, protecting against disease and promoting healthy skin.   • 1 banana

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1/2 cup chopped mango

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
